  1. I can see my sonos speakers on my Spotify but when I press it they sonos speakers are not playing any sound. Why is that?

  2. Went through all those steps but in my spotfiy app, i not seeing my Sonos device as an option to connect to?

  3. tried it over and over, also after the email i received, spotify to listen with sonos…. however it does not show. is it because of my location ? Curacao, Dutch Antilles ?

  4. My Sonos speakers do not appear in Spotify Connect anymore (iOS & MAC) and I do not see the option to "reactivate" the connexion.. Neither here or there :

    "Using the Sonos app for iOS or Android: Tap Settings > Control Sonos from Spotify and following the on-screen prompts" >> no such option, and yes I do have the last version of the app..

    "Using the Sonos app on Mac: Select Sonos > Preferences > Advanced > Music Sources > Control Sonos from Spotify and follow the on-screen prompts" >> >> no such option, and yes I do have the last version of the app..

  5. None of these you show on video are available on SONOS for Android app. Does it mean Sonos in reality is a product made for Apple?

    Customer service is a zero at sonos. I have been trying to get connect amp into system. there is no add player prompt on my sonos app. I have emailed them several times in the last 3 weeks and either get no response or a stupid one. Their phone wait time exceeds 45 min. I do not know how much longer but I just hung up. Have better things to do. I have tried the phone contact at least 5 times. They have dam poor customer service
