My Advanced Online Marketing Funnel Template Revealed


alright Miles Beckler here again and
we’re doing a little funnel series in the last video we covered the simple
self liquidating funnel its kind of funnel that got me going really in what
I would consider professional level I internet marketing even though i was
doing it for years before i was really big catalyst this next one is like the
advanced version of that funnel so this is if you have your own personal
products and you have many products if you have a bunch of different product
lines products that kind of work together that complement each other
really well this is definitely where you want to go and honestly getting into
this level of final building is really where you can start to get cash flow
positive on your funnels straight from cold traffic what i mean by that is
you’re putting a dollar in your getting two dollars out on the other side which
ultimately just creates a larger marketing budget for yourself and you
can really scale the size of your business and the size of your campaigns
relatively quickly so let’s jump right in and i’m going to go ahead and move
myself other way and let’s bring in the advanced self liquidating funnel all
right so you know this is you’re getting into the kind of the role of the
tripwire I guess you know ryan deiss uses that term a lot and you try to trip
him up on a seven dollar product and then you hit him over the head with like
a higher priced product i don’t really like that terminology extends from like
land mines i believe is what a trip wires from and that’s the wrong analogy
for me because I’m all about getting people what they want and helping them
access more content if they’re that kind of person you know every time you make
an offer there’s some percentage of people who are going to want to buy and
there’s gonna be some percentage of people who are always going to want to
buy more so what we’re doing with this offer with
this funnel is we’re allowing those people who want to buy more from us the
opportunity to do so it’s very simple so how does it start again same thing
you can literally keep that same often page that you had from the previous the
simple funnel you opt-in for something free whether to free report free video
or free audio and they enter their email address and then they submit at this
point they go on to your email list right here and then they see an oto
which is a one I’m offer and this is a chance for them
to buy something at a very significant discount from you this has to be great content if you feel
like wow I’m really offering to much I’m not charging enough you’re on the
right path because you want it to be that good because the goal is to
transition them to a customer the goal is not to make money right here
at all you make money in the future with a backend of your funnel this is the
front end of your funnel so the goal this point is just to turn them into a
customer because once their customer the likelihood of them purchasing again goes
up significantly so we have a new direction here if you’ll notice if they
go to click X in the top corner of their browser here they would see an
opportunity to see another offer and a little pop-up would say hey wait are you
sure you want to leave this page and it will have a button that says leaving a
button that says stay if they click stay you can make them a second offer this
can be a different product or it can be a different price i don’t really like
doing a different price for the same product because I kind of have that
feeling when I see this sort of thing is like wait you’re gonna charge me 27 for it here but since i was leaving
you give me the same thing for seven dollars like you see we’re trying to rip
me off at first and now you’re trying to like save that I don’t get it so
personally what I do is I think this is a chance to give them a different offer
so if this was product a that would help them lose weight maybe this is product be that would give
them meal plans or if our workout routine right so accomplishing the same
goal of losing weight but just from a different angle because maybe this offer
would resonate with them and if they do go to the order they obviously go to the
checkout page and what happens when they create this checkout is at this point
this order remains open in your system this is called a one-click upsell right
so all they have to do they get another product offer on this screen and all
they have to do is click yes and they don’t we enter their credit card the
order just kind of increases in the size of the order they click know the order
closes with just this product on here so generally people will structure this in like a 72 $17 oto
upwards of twenty seven thirty-seven dollars here and then after the checkout
you’re generally going to have a higher price upsell on the back and here and
what you’re gonna see is so again you have you know twenty to fifty percent
often hear one to four percent conversion rate here and then on this
one it gets really exciting because you often see twenty to thirty percent
conversion rates on the upsell and then your system which is smart enough to
know if they bought just this one or bought both of them will give them the
appropriate delivery page also you can see if they go through the exit pop and
they purchase they’re also getting going to get the one-click upsell the oto
after the offer so let’s say on a fitness plan you’ve got the video series
on how to lose weight and then they order the video series on how to lose
weight for seventeen dollars and then on the upsell you offer them monthly
coaching access to a private group and meal plans and a workout plan and that
would be this would be seventeen dollars and then this would be a 97 dollar
upsell what happens when you get to the end of the funnel is your average order
value from your customer goes up this means you’re able to spend more money on
the pay-per-click side at your often level you’re able to spend more per
customer because your funnel is optimized to deliver more money per
customer than anyone else and this game is all about who can spend more on a
customer if you can spend more on your customer than your competitors can you
will be able to buy all the traffic and you will be able to get more customers
and again you gotta remember this is the front end of the funnel you’re going to
have a follow-up sequence the process here right so we have like two percent
of people one-percenter two percent of people purchasing here so there’s
ninety-eight percent of people are dated by and they’re on your email list which
is going to follow up and make additional sales then you’re going to
offer additional products to your customers as well which is going to
create additional sales so this really is something that when you get to the
city advanced level on the funnel you can
start to get really excited about working towards the one dollar into
dollars out one dollar and three dollars out and really seeing a return on your
marketing investment very very quickly and my recommendation is always to dump
most all of that right back into more marketing because when you get a system
that’s working really well and is building a list for you that’s so key
then dumped all you can Intuit live lean for a while keep don’t pull your money
out and go by the the fancy cars that the fake ass gurus talk about live
really lean and build your list build your relationship with your list because
what you’re building is an asset that can generate cash flow for years and
years and years to come is really powerful when this works and
this is a great funnel so start with the simple funnel if you don’t have that

  5. Miles, I have a very large funnel. I am offering a opt in video that talks about interior design, and the fact that people are all about DIY these days. Then I offer them a training video series for 27. then they go to a page that they can get 40% off by paying for the year. Then they go to a page to offer personal online coaching for 177 per month. Is this funnel too big. Should I offer the coaching later to my list instead?

It seems like the funnel really hinges on a cart with the capability to be able to sort all these one click upsells and upgrades etc. I am interested in thrive cart but it seems like you have to be referred right now to be able to purchase it, do you have a link? Is there another cart or platform you can suggest ?

  10. Hey Miles, I was thinking of doing a funnel where after they opt in, I will pitch them personalized Facebook group coaching in the weight loss niche. I would use Facebook ads to send them to the optin. Do you think this could be a good way to make a full time income in a month or two? I have some money to invest in advertising.

    Two things: could you please explain how to create a legitimate OTO? I see a lot of people offering an OTO off the back of their opt-in, but it always turns out to be the same sleazy offer as their normal sales page. Is there any way you can actually offer it at a one-time super discounted price?

    And secondly, is this funnel able to produce a five figure monthly income, even if the product you're selling is only $37 or so? I work within the health and fitness niche so I can't really sell multiple hundred-dollar products. Although I am able to sell coaching sessions and plans etc. I'm just curious as to whether you can still be one profitable using Facebook PPC ads without high ticket products?

  12. Great video! You can also retarget the people who've watched your first OTO page with another offer. I know you are no fan of charging less for the same product, so you could offer a coupon that would give them a discount for the upsell product.

    That way you stimulate people who showed interest in the first place to buy the product AND the upsell product.
