Top 4 Relationship Marketing Examples Part 2


Hi. I’m Cherene and I’m here to talk to you about
relationship marketing. When you log into LinkedIn and open your messages
from your connections and there’s 10 of them and their just to themselves trying to get
you to buy something. They have no idea who you are or what you
do. That is NOT relationship marketing. So please stop. Relationship marketing to me is when a brand
talks to you in a way that is relevant to your life and who you are. It could be automated messages. As long as it’s targeted, interesting, relevant
and appropriate for the person that’s receiving it, that’s good relationship marketing. In the article that I wrote about relationship
marketing, I provide 4 examples of what I think are really great relationship marketing
case studies. All 4 of them are award-winning examples. And the companies do a really good job of
engaging users and understanding who they are and what they are interested in. One of the most enjoyable things about being
